Ralph Holder. Michael Holman. Dave Coltin. Mike Puiia. Joshua Yousseff. What do these men have in common? I celebrated the arrival of this journal last October and will provide hotlinks for each of these examples later this morning, but basically they or their immediate families have all had child visitation rights stripped from them by the unlawful New Hampshire family court division. Each time arbitrary and capricious findings and orders are enforced based on complete lies, destroyed or false evidence and contrary to basic legal principles that go back to Brown v. Board of Education and Palmore v. Sidoti. In Mr. Yousseff's case there was never a finding that he was an unfit parent. I have chosen my words carefully in describing that legal entity. Here is last week's hearing before the NH Legislative Redress of Judicial Grievance Committee. I couldn't be there but thankfully someone else was. You may remember that committee: KingCast cameras were there late last year to follow the Marie Miller/NationStar fraudulent foreclosure case, in which the entire structure of New Hampshire's Judiciary was questioned after NationStar was allowed to defy a clear cut Court Order and law of the case, which held that they had to provide the original note and mortgage. Even I had to testify in that one, this journal entry and review the entirety of this open letter to U.S. AG Holder and NY AG Schneiderman. Yesterday I compared and contrasted the Rhode Island/Judge John J. McConnell's process with that of New Hampshire and the difference is night and day.

So there you have it. New Hampshire will take away your children and your house without Due Process of Law as it gives you the ultimatum "Live Free or Die," a nice touch n'est-ce pas?

Note: They tried to bring in Jack Middleton for the whammy at the end of the 4-on-1 session and he says "Your Honor he can't just say he didn't get his way because he's black." Newsflash Jack, did you happen to notice that about 90% of my support base in Court today was white? And they think race has a part in it as well. They too are sick and tired of oppression your client so readily embraces toward all common folk in general and toward blacks in the specific.

Note: I reminded the Court that I should have been able to file my Third Amended Complaint for actions Defendant Ayotte and Nashua PD committed after I filed my Second Amended Complaint. My case has only been around one (1) year but His Honor allowed an Amendment after two (2) years in TG Plastics v. Toray Plastics, 2011 U.S. Dist. Lexis 81122.

Note: Judge John J. McConnell took the matter under advisement and will issue an Order, I would guess prior to the New Year. He is the visiting Judge from RI after I scared all the NH Judges into recusal..... but I guess I'm not entitled to know why they all scurried so even though I only moved to recuse Magistrate Judge McCafferty, a Motion to which former sitting Judge Paul Barbadoro initially held was "entirely without merit." Right.

I quoted Justice Rehnquist who noted that allowing black reporters to attend the publicly-advertised KKK rallies in NAACP v. Thompson does not amount to a Fifth Amendment Constitutional taking, as the Defense Counsel almost fooled the Court into believing, before I took the microphone. Read it right here at 648 F. Supp 195 (1986).

In Pruneyard Justice Rehnquist further wrote:

It is true that one of the essential sticks in the bundle of property rights is the right to exclude others.Kaiser Aetna v. United States,444 U.S. 164, 179-80 [100 S.Ct. 383, 392-93, 62 L.Ed.2d 332] (1979). And here there has literally been a "taking" of that right to the extent that the California Supreme Court has interpreted the State Constitution to entitle its citizens to exercise free expression and petition rights on shopping center property. But it is well established that "not every destruction or injury to property by governmental action has been held to be a `taking' in the constitutional sense."Armstrong v. That's former LE and current Senior Passport Inspector Ralph Holder. Read more about how New Hampshire -- with Defendant Kelly Ayotte's support -- put his black child in an inferior school in Massachusetts, using race as a criteria here. Brian Cullen, Nashua Defense Attorney in my case, had exculpatory EMT report that proved Mr. Holder never assaulted his daughter but he refuses to say when he obtained the report or who provided it to him. Kelly Ayotte's pal and Veteran's Chair Stephen Monier -- who threatened to call the police on me as I stood on a public sidewalk -- even characterized Mr. Holder as a dangerous fugitive from Justice. That prompted Mr. Holder to issue a Cease and Desist letter (seen in my Objections to Magistrate McCafferty's Report and Recommendations before I made her recuse herself because she worked at Ayotte's law firm with my opposing counsel) shortly before Monier resigned as U.S. Marshal. This is his comment:

"The Constitution cannot control such prejudice, but neither can it tolerate it. Private biases may be outside the reach of the law, but the law cannot, directly or indirectly, give them effect." That's a quote from Palmore v. Sidoti. a child custody case, but nonetheless, the principle remains across the board when it comes to the conduct of public officials as is the below.

"Public officials sworn to uphold the Constitution may not avoid a constitutional duty bowing to the hypothetical effects of private racial prejudice that they assume to be both widely and deeply held." Palmer v. Thompson,

Writes Holder: You made an excellent point that in one instance you were actually invited to appear. Given my law enforcement experience, I believe the police had more than a cursory responsibility to determine exactly why you were be asked to vacate public or commercial property , as opposed to private premises, for trespass. They owed you a duty to determine why? They gave the force of law to someone's private biases and prejudices.

Deets later, I need a nap. I will say this much: Sushi lunch revealed many salient observations about what the onlookers saw as I mentioned certain items, people and issues. Yah, I rode the Triumph up there today..... because the People will Triumph one way or another. What a BEAUTIFUL ride back through the New Hampshire sunset. Riding a motorcycle through New Hampshire is the thing closest to freedom, because god knows they sure as hell don't have any free press up there!

So here's what happened, in a nutshell: I reminded the Court that "hey racists don't call me nigger anymore Your Honor" but that they have other ways to use race as proxy for ideology to separate me as a journo as opposed to all of the white journo. I noted that this case does not occur in a vacuum, and that these are not truly private events because you have a former AG running for U.S. Senate, along with paid advertising to the General Public. Let me tell you what these events are not: These are not GOP strategy sessions. These are not Communion afterparties. Nor is it my GF's son's Bar Mitzvah. At those kinds of events of course you can pick and choose to throw any media you want to out if they show up. But given this context in a National election to an election that is exceeded in importance only by the Presidential Election, the Court is free to say that the Bright Line Standard allegedly sought by Nashua PD Counsel Brian Cullen lies somewhere south of the Grand Ballroom at the Crowne Plaza, but north of Kelly Ayotte's personal home given these publicly-advertised events.

In voluntarily dismissing my public accommodations claim (I didn't file administratively) for when Nashua PD continued to harass me after I had left the leased GOP/Joe Arpaio area the the Crowne Plaza I told the Court: "The larger issue is the fact that they continue to bother me at Crowne and at the VFW John McCain rally even though I was following their instructions. At that point you have to leave me alone, let me do my job and just shut up.... and every time they bothered me Your Honor they were trammeling my First Amendment Rights as a journalist to gather news and to write my story."

And I know more than a bit about unlawful use of Police authority both as a former AAG and in private practice, in Isreal v. Roades and Hensley I got those LE busted for making my client a victim of violent crime, V96-61481.

And I reminded the Court that the rationale for not allowing me into the Joe Arpaio "steak out" public invite rally shifted, and shifting rationale is but one way to show that the proferred legitimate nondiscriminatory rationale is pretext for racism. First I was allowed in explicitly as a journo by Defendant Di Lothrop and Defendant Dennis Hogan, Nashua Republican Committee Chair who is also County Attorney. He knows me well. Then Defendant Ryan Williams informs me that I am not a journalist then Di Lothrop does a 180 and says "you are not a member of the media" and THEN she says "this is a private event."

I says they are full of it. Watch the movie, it doesn't lie. But they do every time they open their mouths.

Also I noted that an RSVP to the VFW John McCain/Kelly Ayotte and my acceptance constitutes thereof constitutes a contract pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §1981 (which must be applied and construed liberally as a remedial Civil Rights Act) and that it is impossible for me to have more proof of racial animus on than what I have at this point because I have not yet had any discovery. For all I know the Republican policy on indie media is to let all of us in. Now if they are breaking with policy the trier of fact could find racial animus. Also Kelly Ayotte's past actions toward me as an AG might not be actionable under prosecutorial misconduct rubrics but they can still be probative of racial animus, particularly when coupled with the fact that she now continues to lie to me and to avoid doing anything about the forgery of my name to a mortgage even though she says in video that she would do something. (More coming Tuesday morning).

I reminded the Court that Kelly Ayotte and her Chief of Staff John Easton lied in collecting public money to defend this litigation by stating that I had filed frivolous lawsuits, which is actionable in and of itself.

I reminded the Court that Nashua PD blew it on application of Trespass laws against indie journo Dave Ridley and private citizen Mike Gannon in light of Glik v. Boston.

Addendum: On further review, these are some precious photographs. Wait until you hear what folks are saying in the video. The Big Dog lawyers, including NH Bar Association President Jennifer Parent, all scooted out the side door, I figured as much and they made their front door sortie on Dave Ridley video already anyway, as noted in a link I will soon post.

Also, Ridley is pissing me off... he now says my material is so dense he doesn't understand it, and will not be attending my hearing, but he certainly understood it a few months ago as noted in his own video. And his lawyer Seth Hipple, I could damn near feel ice in his veins when I asked him for a copy of Ridley's acquittal/NG Verdict. I dont' think he even gave it to me, I think I had to get it at the courthouse, whatever dude. Anyway I'll tell you why later, but I've mentioned it in a prior post. Either come correct DR or don't come at all, I have no time for any half-stepping bro. Like Judge McConnell, I'm a Case Western Reserve Law Grad and we don't play like that, we get straight to the business bro. We're also ranked above Kelly Ayotte's Villanova. Now we all know that Kelly Ayotte ran a completely false investigation into whether Greg Floyd murdered Liko Kenney, and whether Liko Kenney shot Bruce McKay out of fear for his safety. That's why they have no responsive documents to the first three (3) out of five (5) RSA 91-A Public Records requests. These requests are heavy and they concern fingerprint analysis, gunshot residue analysis and information how How Gregory Floyd may have unloaded the first clip and loaded the second clip of Liko Kenney's Hi-Point to make him appear more dangerous AFTER he shot, and likely murdered him. That's pretty much the only way you go home with one of Liko's live rounds in your shirt pocket, which is exactly what Floyd did. And that's a FACT.

After he shot out Liko Kenney's winshield and lied about it, of course. I proved all of that with the official court documents hosted at the Casey Sherman "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountain" book launch. This is why US Senate Hopeful Kelly Ayotte threatened to arrest me at her public event 3 weeks ago when I showed up to ask a few simple questions, as noted in the bottom video.

Read Try Gregory Floyd for Murder, whose primary author is retired JAG Attorney Bill Christy. I provided some editing remarks that were incorporated, then Bill got scared and changed his position like a scared little puppy that peed itself. I have not literally met Phoenix New Times' Stephen Lemons or AZ activist journalist Dennis Gilman, but the beauty of it is, we don't have to meet in order to work together and to share important information about issues that shape the future of this Country.

Anyway, King's video is entertaining mainly because of what happens to him: A GOP hausfrau whacks his camera with a pamphlet; some Republican crone orders him out of the building; and the local cops force him to amscray under threat of arrest, even though he's credentialed and there are plenty of other media types there. The video's a tad long at 12 minutes-plus, but worth every second.

Basically, these folks don't like King because of what he reports and posts. I feel your pain, senor. Consider it a badge of honor that they booted you out.

There are going to be some discussions with NENPA a potential panel discussion and forum at this winter's NENPA Conference in which Your's Truly will be more than glad to participate with any and all bloggers and freelance reporters across the political and ideological spectrum. If the kinds of abuses that I received were given out by the Dems, I would be just as much in their face as I am the Republicans. Last night I told you that I am narrowing my issues for Police Chief Conley regarding the Assault/Disorderly Conduct/Harassment I received from Karen, who reached out and struck my camera in a most unprofessional manner. And I told you that she did it with a smile on her face and with glee, standing right next to a white police officer who didn't even say anything to her, but who did then admonish me not to hit or to strike anybody. Now my complaint against that bigot is a separate issue but for now let's stick to the simple fact:

You don't offensively touch anybody else or their possessions much less a relatively expensive camera, without their permission.

That's pretty simple isn't it? It is a tort. It is certainly more simple than the School Board issue. So as I say, I'll be traveling for the next week but when I discuss this with you next Wednesday I would hope to have this matter resolved with a simple apology because I don't give a damn what kind of absurd excuses my Internet troll haters raise up, I was on my zoom lens and well more than an arm's length away from her, she reached out and struck my camera, and you can see it in slow motion for Pete's sake.

Watch the woman apologize to me for calling me a bigot at Kelly Ayotte's other rally where she also threatened to have me arrested despite an open Facebook invitation. The two of us then had a nice and informative talk, same with the bloke to her left, a Dartmouth professor and tennis player. That's how I am, OPEN. But I won't take any bullshit, never have and never will. I am a member of the media, and I don't cease to be a journalist just because I left a daily to go to law school.

Wherefore, without an apology, I see that New Hampshire (and the GOP) really is a backwards, racist, white skin privilege State as suggested here. Please read Peggy McIntosh's "White Privilege: Unpacking the Invisible Knapsack."

1. I can if I wish arrange to be in the company of people of my race most of the time.
2. I can avoid spending time with people whom I was trained to mistrust and who have learned to
mistrust my kind or me.

1. The New Hampshire Supreme Court allowed a Bad Cop named Martin J. Dunn, and his establishment lawyer Dan Mullen (former Kelly Ayotte waterboy) to repeatedly lie about me to the Court and get away with it. Specifically , they lied and said I was "disbarred," they lied and said that I "misrepresented [myself] as being licensed in New Hampshire, they lied and said I wrote a "Fraudulent letter" from the NAACP (see NAACP Veteran's Chair Cleaven Ferguson's Affidavit) and they lied about me saying that Dunn raped his daughter. In reality it was Meshugana Marty laughing at a racist hate mail to me that said

"You better save your food stamps you goin' need protection where you're going, you bout to be Bubba's bitch."

All of these matters invoke Rule 3.3 Candor to the Tribunal concerns, and they besmirch the Court and legal community, but as two duly licensed area attorneys (and I mean partners in well-respected law firms) noted to me "King, don't you know you're messing with good white people, and you are a black man in New Hamsphire without the kind of power or money to do that. They hate you." And that's purely evident that they do not care about Justice, Truth or Accuracy.

2. The GOP attacked me at the Jeff Arpaio rally and there is no question but that if I had struck one of their cameras the same way that I was struck, I would have been arrested, pronto, never mind that Mayor Streeter gave me a Mayoral Commendation for all of my diligent First Amendment work. The cop stood right there and criticized me instead of admonishing this white woman who lost her cool and broke the law, smiling with glee the whole time, the video doesn't lie, folks. I telephoned Police Chief Conley this morning and he never returned my call, so I will go see him in person tomorrow and file my complaint.

Well guys I hate to do this, and I fully recognize that each of you believe that you have your own distinct merits in the U.S. 2010 Senate race. The problem is, if you don't combine your votes, Kelly Ayotte is likely to win. I support Ovide because he actually went to Franconia, the home of Kelly Ayotte's biggest coverup (that we know of at least, let's wait for Casey Sherman's "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains" movie) and out of the three of you he is pretty much the recognized front runner at this point.

As any of you would bring more integrity to the office than Kelly Ayotte (as seen yesterday at the GOP rally), you should make certain that one of you gets in. Then you can always work together on initiatives on which you agree. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

Now the Michael Holman case is getting interesting as well. Kelly Ayotte's office received dozens of pages of information about Unconstitutional practices against him by Madison Chief John Pickering that have allowed his children to remain in the care and custody of a negligent mother while issuing bogus threats of arrest and trumped-up charges against him. Even the Boston FBI is aware of a substantial file that they obtained from the NH AG in 2009, as noted in its initial review, which has since been revisited. Congressman Jay Inslee and others are looking into that matter, meanwhile read his position statement and FOIA/RSA 91-A Right to Know correspondence (referencing 19 pages of now-missing documents) indicating that the NH AG's office -- under Kelly Ayotte -- destroyed his entire file except one page.

Congressman Inslee's 15 October 2007 letter acknowledged a huge packet of information, much of which should have been on file with the NH AG's office.

Supporting Unconstitutional practices is nothing new for Kelly Ayotte, remember her run at me as NAACP Legal Chair, her support for Unconstitutional DNA reporting for NH youth and her deceitful misrepresentations in losing the Planned Parenthood case, while claiming that she won? Kelly Ayotte real legacy is well documented right here.

2. Boston Phoenix – Look this week for their review and investigation into the Draconian measures at Old Colony. Turns out that Darrell Jones and Joanna Marinova were not the only victims of the sexual misconduct write ups. Remember, the dirtbag “journalists” chez Boston Herald and Channel 7 WDHD turned that into “had sex with inmates….” All of which was FALSE and resulted in a massive pending lawsuit, and DOC/EOPSS IT/Communications Director Terrel Harr tells me there are subpoenas issued to his office, probably from the Defendants, who are about to get their fannies handed to them when they get the responses and schedule Depos.

3. PressPass TV, KingCast – Watch the video with wrongly-convicted prison reformer Darrell Jones, who has personal correspondence with Senator John Kerry on these matters. He told me so, and I have zero reason to doubt him. We can address these issues with much greater alacrity if Mayor Menino and Attorney General Coakley come together and get serious. But AG Coakley’s office is deep into double speak, read her letter to me in response to my public information request last week, so insane I had to file another request immediately as seen in the link in the next paragraph.

Query: Whose interests does the AG represent? Is she tacitly defending the actions of the DOC staff (the DOC is not a named Defendant) or is she going after the corruption and the CORI leak. From her nonsensical response to my inquiry we can’t really tell, but my follow up inquiry will clear up all of that there obfuscation. Read all about it here.

PS: It has been a good Month already, as this is the second time that people in authority and/or major media have legitimated my observations. Last week the Nashua Telegraph featured a Kevin Landrigan piece noting that former NH AG and U.S. Senate hopeful Kelly Ayotte misrepresented her "victory" in Ayotte v. Planned Parenthood: There is no way in hell that you can be the victor when your State's Parent Consent Law was found Unconstitutional and you are ORDERED to pay $300K in Attorney fees. Soooooo......I just received a nonsensical letter from Mass AG Martha Coakley’s office in response to my request for any and all documents evincing any investigation into an unauthorized CORI leak, relative to Marinova v. Boston Herald, Jessica Van Sack and Channel 7. A fun video of my follow-up visit, a copy of the letter itself:

“There are no documents responsive to your request…. (also) It appears from the evidence you provided to us, your complaint does not constitute a CORI violation."

Here's the underlying CORI/Defamation case where the Herald and Channel 7 said Joanna Marinova had sex with an inmate in discussion on Beat the Press. The information leaked about Darrell Jones is clearly not of a public nature, much less does it indicate that he and Ms. Marinova had sex while they were working on Prison reform with State Rep. Gloria Fox, for Crissakes...... And here is Joanna Marinova at the Mattapan Public Library screening her award-winning PressPass TV videos, "Voices Behind the Wall" and "Mr. President," made in conjunction with noted prison reformer and wrongly-convicted inmate Darrell Jones. First off, it's not my complaint that I'm alleging was a CORI violation. If Attorney Tarrow means to say that the underlying subject matter of my complaint was not a CORI violation, that's another thing.

Second, The problem is, she would be wrong there, very wrong per Globe v. District Attorney for the Middle District, 439 Mass. 374 (2003). The Holding reads in pertinent part:

"We therefore conclude that the wording of the declaratory judgment must be modified to limit it to those record requests that are framed entirely in terms of information that would be available from court or other public records, as only those requests call for disclosures that are entirely exempt from the CORI statute. The case is remanded to the Superior Court for modification. Where was she on the Cat Gibbons case, where her Division of Banks erroneously and selectively targeted one of the State’s only black female mortgage brokers for doing Stated Income Deals, even though none of her Deals resulted in foreclosure and she put no one in Harm’s Way. B) Also provide documents that show the total amount of fines assessed against any and all real estate companies engaged in providing mortgages for the years 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009.
C) Further provide documents that show how these monies were applied to the State Budget, and what departments and agencies received funds from these fines.
D) And while you're at it, please provide an accounting of all monies derived from motorcycle registrations by Massachusetts General Law (MGL) Chapter 90 Section 34 for each of the calendar years 2000 through 2010, inclusive to date. As you are a skilled and professional attorney I'm certain you will have advised your boss and client, Governor Patrick, to take care of this.

2. As to rape, Attorney Mullen knew that the Truth of the rape issue was that his client laughed about the prospect of me being raped during a deposition in which Dunn was reading some hate mail directed at me that read, in pertinent part:

The relevant passage from the Transcript in which Dunn said “That’s a funny letter you’re asking me to read” after I said “Let the record reflect the Deponent is laughing” is attached in the Pleadings, and Dunn and Mullen both knew it because they read my KingCast.net blog “Chris King’s 1st Amendment Page” and even cited to it in the High Court Pleadings, thinking they would never hear from me again. They did not realize I have friends in High Court Places. Again, when it came time to approach the High Court for Certiorari he juiced up his pleadings to make his client look more vulnerable, and that is odious, contemptible and sanctionable conduct.

WHEREFORE I can find no reason why Daniel J. Mullen should not be disbarred for this willful sort of conduct, or at a minimum received a substantial suspension and fine.
If this Court does not punish this sort of activity it sends a Green Light to large, powerful Defense Firms that they can say and do anything to represent abusive Law Enforcement in New Hamsphire, and get away clean. As a former Assistant Attorney General -- as was Mullen, see picture at Attachment 3 – I would find that to be an untenable position, to say the least.

“Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains” is a book and pending screenplay by Boston area writer Casey Sherman, whose Aunt was the last Boston Strangler victim. Sherman basically proved that the guy they fingered and convicted DiSalvo, IIRC didn’t do it.

Flash forward to this case, in which Kelly Ayotte closed an investigation in 24 HOURS into the possible murder of a young man who shot a bully cop. He was such a bad cop that the town and NH Legislature refused to name any section of a roadway after him, an unheralded move in the SB 154 hearings.

As a former Assistant Attorney General myself I am not anti-cop nor is former Franconia and Sugar Hill LE Bradford Whipple, who appears in the video, but he told the town to fire Bruce McKay 5 years before the tragedy happened. 1. Failed to help blacks feel comfortable in Jaffrey, NH, according to a local business owner.
2. Laughed a hate mail that accused me of being a "coconut head racist... you're about to be bubba's bitch... better get dat vasoline ready." That was during Kelly Ayotte's failed attempt to prosecute me for Unauthorized Practice of Law, just after her idiot LE friend Martin Dunn nol-prossed a bogus case of Attempted Felony Extortion against me after I exposed police abuse under his watch.

This is part of my Second Supplemental Pleading for mailing tomorrow. The Supplemental Pleading filed earlier today is posted along with the Second Supplemental Pleading, seeking a finding that Martin J. Dunn and his lawyer Dan Mullen committed Fraud upon the Court.

As noted in this post with the Motion to Intervene, the NH Supreme Court reversed Martin Dunn's lies about me being "disbarred" as manifest by and through his counsel, Dan Mullen. I wrote a Supplemental Pleading that I will post later, and it showcases the indisputable FACT that Dan Mullen, of Ransmeier Spellman et al., knew I was suspended and said as much before the Retirement Board where he lost his case, but only juiced up the pleadings to say "disbarred" in an attempt to gain Certiori before the Supremes.

His Fraudulent activity worked, he got Cert and a reversal for his bubble-head client.

But meanwhile, Dipshitz Dunn (as correctly heralded by his peers) and Mullen actually had the nerve to claim that my Demand Letter about the police abuse suffered by Willie Toney was "fraudulent" but he and his client knew better. They knew that the only NAACP Officer Affidavit thoroughly supported my position, that I lied about NOTHING and told the NAACP brass EVERYTHING. Read it here.

This is pure poppycock, and Dan Mullen and his client knew -- by virtue of the very same Internet posts that they loathe -- that I never issued any fantasy comments about Dunn raping his daughter. No, in point of fact that sad truth was that Dunn was having fantasies about me being gang-raped in prison, read the letter that he thought was funny ("you 'bout to be Bubba's bitch you coconut head racist") and the attendant transcript above. Just the FACTS.

Meanwhile Dunn whines that I called him a "white cracker" well ain't THAT the pot calling the kettle black.

But what's worse than that is the fact that his lawyer jumped in bed with him and worked the lie too, making him no better than his client, some might say even worse because of his moral and ethical obligations to the Court. Now that's one ugly two-headed beast, that.

Lastly Dunn continued to lie about me and told Charlie Duffy in this March, 2006 email that American Tower Corporation had to have police escorts to fire me; walk me out of the building. More poppycock. There were no escorts, just a pissed-off company who had to pay $290K to the Department of Labor after I ratted them out for not paying my trainees overtime, and that's another FACT, call Attorney Corey Surett, he remembers me, or simply read the DOL press release.

.......Let this be a lesson to fired Chief Martin J. Dunn, Dan Mullen and to other blue blood attorneys at Big Firms: Do not assume you can lie at will and get away with it, because sometimes you will get caught, and sometimes you will be punished, one way or another. The types of lies and even physical abuse I suffered at the hands of some of these lawyers in the 90’s (read: Luis Alcalde, Esq) will not be tolerated anymore. We are in a New Era of Communications with the Internet, and viva la difference.

Your 19 August 2010 opinion in Martin J. Dunn v. NH Retirement System stated:

Around October/November 2005, Dunn discharged a police officer, who then obtained union representation and filed a grievance against Dunn.

Well guess what? Dunn and former NH AG Kelly Ayotte lost all aspects of that case, and Jury acquitted Aaron Deboisbriand in about an hour. His father and I kept in touch throughout the case and throughout my case because Dunn and Kelly Ayotte are known to be feckless, but dangerous in their own ways.

It then stated:

In addition to budgetary challenges, Dunn faced a number of stressors beginning in 2004 and continuing through his final day of work in July 2006. In December 2004, Dunn received a letter on NAACP stationery threatening to sue him and the police department. This began a lengthy dispute waged both in the courts and on the internet between Dunn and the letter’s author, a disbarred attorney. Although the letter-writer’s lawsuit against Dunn was dismissed in late 2006, the internet attacks continued.

Well that's not exactly accurate..... First of all it was MassCops who called Dunn a "Slime Bag," not me.

Second, before I kicked his butt in the Criminal case, Martin J. Dunn thought it would be funny if I got gang-raped in prison, i.e. "You 'bout to be Bubba's Bitch," read the transcript.

Third, what happened was Dunn continued to lie, claiming I was disbarred and found guilty of practicing law without a license (both lies) and I warned him about it in your so-called "Internet Attacks" you mention during your little pity party for this feckless cop.

Fourth, I am not disbarred so you need to correct that immediately, the same way that WMUR did when I flagged them on it when another idiot cop said I was disbarred. Read the retraction right here.

Fifth, your opinion fails to mention the bogus case for Attempted Felony Extortion that Boy Blunder brought against me even after I specifically asked to present the facts to the Grand Jury. I schooled them good, (UL coverage) and the State failed to prosecute its bogus case after I sat through Voir Dire with my lawyer, former lead Hillsborough Prosecutor David Horan. Idiot Girl Kelly Ayotte's case for Unauthorized Practice of Law was DISMISSED.

Sixth, Martin J. Dunn (and NAACP President Gloria Timmons) lied under Oath when he stated that I had not read the police reports about Willie Toney being before I wrote the Demand Letter. Read the transcript. I knew Toney, a black man, had faced three (3) drawn guns from white officers and a visual body cavity search for LOITERING -- I had read these police reports right here -- and he beat that case pro se, without a lawyer.

Seventh, Dunn's termination was affirmed by former NH AG John Arnold.

Eighth, Prosecutor Bill Albrecht resigned amidst an Ethics Investigation.

This information was readily available to you and you should have known better. I am much too busy with Courtroom and other video to have to take the time to follow in behind you and clean up your mistakes.

Surely Judge Dalianis should have known better, I know her son and when he worked for Mayor Streeter I was awarded a Mayoral Commendation for my hard work in changing First Amendment Policy in Nashua with Alderman Teeboom and for my investigation into the Franconia Shooting tragedy, idiot AG Kelly Ayotte giving taxpayers the biggest cover up in NH Legal History except for the Dow Murders. Heck I got a Decision on RSA 91-A Right-to-Know against her, take a look.

I ought to sue you for Defamation, but I'll settle for an immediate retraction. Just because I annoy you does not give you the right to tell lies about me, do you understand that yet? Thanks for reaffirming everything I thought about NH "Justice."

Please issue the correction forthwith, or I will Commence Legal Action. You are the High Court of the State, and you have a responsibility to get it straight before you publish, not after. These scans are from a case raised by the Union Leader in a 19 October 2007 Editorial, "Gagged by Nashua: What's Michael Paulhus's story?" Read this post to see why they are relevant to the Malfeasance manifest by Robert Walsh. I believe he was in part responsible for investigating the Christopher J. Micklovich Strange Brew beat down by the Manchester Pee Dee, he completely failed in these two instances. When I get home I will image the Returns of Service in Liko Kenney v. Gregory Floyd et al. and place them on top, you will see why they, along with the Kish Report, are relevant to understanding how the NH Legal system "works."

In today's UL Editorial, "Hillsborough County attorney admits mishandling case," in which he clearly closed out two cases without due investigation.

"I feel it is important that both the community in general and the law enforcement community know that I did not use the usual chain of command and protocol in discussing a resolution of this case," Walsh said. "I acted too quickly. I recognize this is unfair to the chief of police and the victims."

Unfortunately, his actions were par for the course under the previous AG Kelly Ayotte, who, inter alia:

1. Allowed key evidence to be destroyed in the police shooting of Michael Paulhus, the UL's own Oct 19 2007 story referenced the case and raised questions about the confidentiality provisions of settlement in their own editorial: http://tinyurl.com/3ahoenb

....but did not mention the FACT that key items of evidence were destroyed under Ayotte's watch. Read the independent forensic review by Googling "Paul Erwin Kish + Paulhus."

2. Gave Greg Floyd a pass in 24 hours after he shot Liko Kenney, even though he issued materially conflicted statements about his actions and speaking to Kenney prior to shooting, as noted by well-respected Author Casey Sherman in video and in his book, "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains." When a Nashua man sued for information Ayotte said that she had no fingerprint analysis (Floyd could have placed Liko Kenney's second clip in his gun, seeing as he went home with Kenney's live round in his pocket) nor was there any Gun Shot Residue analysis provided even though I know they tested for same on Caleb Macaulay's clothing.

Senator Tarr has always been a Champion of the less-privileged, and Robert Taylor, despite being a Great Guy, was his target constituent. He died in a totally illegal apartment in an uninspected building, and that's a FACT.

That's why the Gloucester Times celebrated Senator Tarr's introduction of Robert Taylor's Law, S8013, after I conceived it and forwarded same to him for polish and final drafting. As noted by the paper on 1 Feb. 2008.

"The residents of the Lorraine were apparently never notified of their building's hazards. But they — and other residents of such buildings around the state — would have that right if this new proposal were to become law.

Now that would be a fitting legacy for Mr. Taylor."

Look: Robert Taylor died in an illegal apartment with ingress and egress only through another floor, and that's a fact, Jack. Read more about it in this Gloucester Times story by Richard Gaines. The paper won an award for its coverage, huzzah!

Sooooo....I wrote a comment to Robin Kaminski's Daily Item story and I presume it will appear on their page later. I didn't bother suing for the video myself because I knew the Item was on it, and I also knew it doesn't show too much. That having been said, I think I will go watch it now too just to make sure. Anyway, remember as you can see in the second video, DA Conley rudely and unprofessionally refused to answer a simple question I posed to him while his sidekick PeeWee Herman/Jake Wark laughed like a damn hyena -- despite the fact that I only had good things to say about him on this blog to that point. Well you asked for it, guys, so now you get it.

Conley’s office repeatedly denied the newspaper’s request, citing investigatory exemptions that suggested releasing the video would compromise the integrity of the investigation. Conley agreed to release the footage Tuesday if The Item dismissed its litigation.

“We have agreed, through our attorney Peter J. Caruso Sr., of North Andover, to drop this legal action against the Suffolk County DA’s office now that they have produced the footage that we have always maintained was public information,” Daily Item President and Publisher Peter H. Gamage said.

On the Peace Out picture, you just can't compose it any better, it's uncanny. And the chill thing is, it just happened that way. I'm a rhythm photographer not a blast photographer, so I just wait for the natural and there it is. Lookit how the blokes are all in the Right Position, the trash can is even in the right place, in front of the door, and the angle of the broom in it echoes the shovel leaning against the dumpster, nice.

This will eventually be the third of three KingCast short films documenting the cleanup of a much-neglected area of Boston's Southie/Dorchester neighborhood. Y'all remember the second video (on top) in which the CMG promised me they would be out with the quickness, and guess what?

I told you a year ago (New England Street Riders letter included) that I liked Boston Traffic Tzar Tom Tinlin, it was in the way he presented himself as an earnest public servant, and how shot me a peace sign when I whipped into traffic on the 650R after this impromptu interview at a Statehouse Scoot on up! rally.

Note that the parking spots are free to scooters and motorcycles, which rewards the use of efficient transportation. I understand that the Boston Law Firm of Brown, Rudnick is going to start riding a fleet of 650R's as well. Really.

KingCast.net presents the Fourth short film in its “Bowfinger or Bad Blood” series about history of government malfeasance that led to the Franconia shooting tragedy of May 11, 2007 that took the lives of Liko Kenney and Norman Bruce Mckay and the community’s reaction to it.

This is perhaps my favorite Franconia short film including the original one over at the KingCast movie page because of its balance between art, entertainment and politics. The point is made but the viewer gets a chance to relax at the same time, and to catch a glimpse of what the people of Franconia are all about, and its not all about being anti-cop, etc. etc. blah blah blah as some would have you believe.

I told the entire Free World three years ago that I was the only film maker authorized by the family of Liko Kenney to shoot, edit and produce movies about this tragedy, although they (and I) most certainly welcome any and all earnest attempts by anyone, including but not limited to Casey Sherman to raise consciousness about this situation.

Note: The first real movie my father took me to was Papillon, when I was about 8 years old. My father and I never walked the traditional subservient path lain out for most negroes who made their way up to the North in the great black diaspora of the 1950's, although he did end up working for about 40 years for a bunch of scumbags formerly known as Diamond Shamrock. He eventually become a certified chemist in the early 80's, the first black to do that there. My mother worked for another corporate behemoth as an HR Specialist, and they were the first blacks to be doing what they were doing in their respective fields at their companies and damn near anywhere else in Cleveland. We were one of the first black families in our area of Cleveland Heights in 1970, yes there was related litigation, Heights Community Congress v. Hilltop Realty, not going into that now look it up if you want.

.......And that in turn paved the way for Yours Truly to go to prep school (Hawken video) to bring you KingCastic events and trial coverage and commentary as no one else does, at least not here in New England I've never seen anything like it. It also led me to meet my old friend and former Hawken debate teammate Josh Breslau, who unfortunately has left Boston for California after his Post-Doc at Harvard. See I believe that's Dr. Lawrence Breslau (RIP) sitting next to my father in the late 50's at Cleveland's Hanna Pavilion (photo actually Jan 1963), where he was the first black orderly. Nowadays they got nigra' doctors and stuff, but back then, you had to build your way up from working on a cleaning contract with my Uncle to even be an orderly. Look how smiling and happy he was before I showed up in '65, LOL!!!

Here's the post that describes it all, and it all goes back to Martha McLeod being a deceitful, lying hussy legislator on HB 1428 and on SB 154, she used her email address from another employer to circulate the current false and vitriolic statements, with Actual Malice and Reckless disregard for their truth, that State Rep. Gionet was peeved at Bruce McKay because McKay wrote him a ticket, and that I was involved with people who were physically threatening her and making sexual threats.

She's lost her friggin' mind, watch my short film above about her and her hear and smell no-evil hubby.

See I'm laughing my ass off because I sued her for her emails a coupla' years ago on a directly related issue and protectionist Judge Timothy Vaughn tossed my case out as soon as he could, and because I didn't Motion for Oral Argument as I did in the first lawsuit of KingCast v. Ayotte & Town of Franconia (seen on YouTube video, I'll post a link later) he was more than happy to sweep it under the rug.

Further, jump forward to 2005 (in addition to the other complaints against McKay, including the "penis-shaped knife complaint" from Ms. B read para 13 from the Bad Blood book launch), this is why former Franconia and Sugar Hill LE Brad Whipple noted in several KingCast short films with Bad Blood Author Casey Sherman that Bruce McKay was a danger and liability to the community, the department and to himself.

But don't take my word for any of this, watch the video and read the documents yourself. Some folks like to say I interject myself into stories too much, and blah blah blah blah blah.... to that I say "When you've managed a weekly, written for a large daily, been an Assistant Attorney General and private attorney, when you have tried, won, lost and settled Civil Rights cases, when you've successfully sued under FOIA or Right-to-Know, and when you've made your own videos documenting your points of view, then, and only then, should you be commenting in deprecatory manner. 1. Boston Globe and Fox 25 are totally incommunicado, asleep at the wheel despite being notified about this. They both had good prior coverage, I am holding the Fox 25 VHS (remember those LOL) in my hand, and it will be part of the final KingCast short film. The Globe wrote about a $175K verdict in a Worcester case (which I cannot find online) but this case was ten (10) times that, so yah I find it more newsworthy call me crazy.

2. Attorney (Superlawyer, like Jeffrey Denner from my Boston Bob days) Richard Serkey "We do not have any comment." I wasn't even going to ask him how many closings his firm has done in the area and for which bank, more on this later.

So here you have three sets of neighbors, one set still tight as Gorilla Glue after 37 years. Another still tight after 5 years. And one set that witnesses acts so severe as to warrant a $1.6M verdict for Civil Rights and property claims in Scott Hyman/Julie & Don Prescott v. Hemlock Association of Lakeville, MA.

Defendant Hemlock Association's Motion for Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict/Motion for New Trial:
Chiefly it argues that there was not enough indirect evidence to infer that the Association members committed any of the violations complained of. I did not see the entire trial but I did see at least two witnesses testify that they witnessed trespass, as shown in my videos. There are also arguments that the Defense was kneecapped by not being able to introduce evidence they claim could show that "renegade motorcycle clubs" could have burned out Mr. Hyman's Middleboro home. Defendants also claim that they should have been allowed to mention Mr. Hyman's bankruptcy filing but of course if they are permitted to broach that subject then he will be permitted to delve into the attorney fees and costs he has had to pay in the other litigation that he will allege broke his wallet and left him unable to tender an effective subsequent bid on the property. Stay tuned for the Plaintiff's Reply Memorandum.

10:30 a.m. 12 June update, Plaintiff's response:
Okay, I missed several days of trial because I was traveling. Attorney Minchoff is expected to argue on the swastika/feces/urine/picnic tables through the windows that Scott Hyman did produce testimony at trial that Bren Ladino told him "I didn't do it but I'm not saying someone else in the association didn't," and that Ronald Dufresne told him "I don't know who did it but your kind is not welcome here."

This in conjunction with the now-infamous "You wouldn't want to wind up like a buoy would you.... that's a dead fucking thing that floats in the water....."

Objection! you scream..... You can't have Scott Hyman talking about the damages to his house because there's only inferential proof that anyone tied to the Association did it. Well that's a great argument..... except it wasn't made at trial, where the Defendants had only a standing objection to Hearsay. But the Hyman & Prescott observations of the degradation of their respective properties is not Hearsay.... it's a firsthand event, so now the Motion for JNOV is basically asking His Honor to strike that which was not objected to. Once the Jury had the testimony it was not unreasonable for it to find a Causal.

So I don't like Defedant's chances on that, but perhaps the Association could sue Attorney Serkey for malpractice if this is such a key point and he missed it, and then his insurance carrier could settle it up with the Plaintiffs. That would make a nice and tidy picture..... I wouldn't know, because while I was never a "Superlawyer" I also never got sued for malpractice..... Oh, yah, here's the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) link, and they've got some nice reading material there I'll be checking out today. They say, inter alia:

As the state’s attorney general at the time, Kelly Ayotte was responsible for going after criminals like those at Financial Resources Mortgage, a company whose executives’ alleged Ponzi scheme bilked at least 150 investors out of more than $20 million. According to a recent attorney general report, the Ponzi scheme has “had a substantial and long lasting impact on the investors who, in my cases, lost their life savings.”

The report states that, under Ayotte, the attorney general’s office repeatedly missed opportunities to uncover and stop the Ponzi scheme.

Despite the report’s findings, Kelly Ayotte refuses to release the entirety of her emails and other key documents related to the massive fraud case. On May 11, documents from Ayotte’s time in office were released to the public, yet none of them referred to FRM, instead revealing correspondence from Ayotte related to office pizza parties and other administrative functions.

Race was a but-for cause for Messrs. Bosse and Bowes to bother Mr. Vassell at his window, which they broke and were not charged with. Race continued into the vestibule where you can clearly see Bosse and Bowes refusing to leave. They have previous race charges and abused women, misogyny and racism often go hand-in-hand.

This is not the first time that Prosecutor Scheibel's office has attacked a black man who defended himself against white aggressors, I directly know of another case involving a fellow with the last name also beginning with a "V" whom I posted about on prior occasion, wait for it... Demian Vennell.

Mr. Vassell was intoxicated too yet no one was charged with that, but what you miss is the fact that Jason was allowed to be intoxicated BECAUSE HE WAS IN HIS ROOM!

And while he waited in the vestibule, scared, with a hooded sweatshirt and mask, that is HIS VESTIBULE, Bosse and Bowes were TRESPASSING so he should have been entitled to avail himself of the Castle Doctrine anyway, MGL 278 8A.

Nah guys, this case has racism written all over it from its inception to completion. You can't really deny it, sometimes you just have to call a spade a spade."

Sooooo......In the last related post I discussed the shit-show that passes for Justice in Commonwealth v. Vassell. The conductors for this racist circus lynching include Perps Jon Bosse and John Bowes, Prosecutors Elizabeth Scheibel and Dunphy-Farris and features Community volunteer and then-UMass student Jason Vassell as the teased and exploited lion.

To the rescue came several media teams including Justice for Jason and Yours Truly and a gaggle of practicing attorneys including some folks from the ACLU including John Reinstein. I got up with ACLU on prior occasion when I was Boston Bob, seeking and obtaining some measure of Justice for Derrick Gillenwater, another victim of Massachusetts Jurisprudential racism at the hands of a couple of abusive attorneys and several Judges.

But what, pray tell, is the ultimate rescue in this case where a black man (Vassell) is racially teased and assaulted by two drunken white men who rush into his dorm room vestibule and break his nose without provocation?

Well as someone who has won criminal trials and busted cops for making my client a victim of violent crime V96-61481 and videotaped the notorious Dan Talbot Murder Trial I have my guesstimate as to what will happen in a few hours and I told it to Boston Strangler and Franconia shooting crime writer Casey Sherman but I’m not going to divulge what it was here until afterward. I never guess on a case not my own but someone else sure did, and here’s what they said:

Soooo.... Steve Martin, Eddie Murphy and Heather Graham got away with what is clearly a subversive flick, because few movies poke as much fun at Hollywood or do it as well as Bowfinger. By the way, Bowfinger's popularity is up 9% this week because dozens of folks are Googling it in part because of Yours Truly. You see, making a movie on The Cheap is one of the most frustrating yet rewarding events known to man. What's even more fun is the fact that your entire life is a movie, if only you could capture it. This is particularly true if you push the envelope politically or legally a ton of interesting things pop up in your life, you got that right. Well the fun of it is that I can, and do, capture it. Take for example today's featured video, which wasn't even meant to be a video, it was just my mother and me, chillin' out at Sunday Service, until I saw a familiar and welcome figure in the pulpit :)

The Bowfinger or Bad Blood concept (videos here) was brewing a long time ago when I was told by several members of the North Country that they trusted me more than anyone else to tell the story of the Franconia shooting tragedy, and it was cemented when I read the 2009 book by Casey Sherman (likened to my idol Mike Royko in this post) "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains" (book launch video here).

p. 203 Sherman also writes

"...one cannot deny that he has had his share of success. King was responsible for uploading the Sarah E. arrest video onto YouTube and he also released many of the Liko-Kenney--McKay case documents on his Web site. He has been spurned by many so-called legitimate reporters, but Chris King has been a tenacious advocate for the Kenney family and a major thorn in the side of New Hampshire law enforcement."

There's no secret that Casey and I disagree that Liko Kenney's car only struck Bruce McKay once, and how bad Bruce McKay really was, and the illegality of his encounters with Liko Kenney. I have the Attorney Sisti investigative files on my desk, however, and I'm confident in my position. But the larger issue that Casey and I agree on is the fact that I'm doing the things that the Big Media Guns don't really want me to do, just like Bobby Bowfinger. Steve Martin is of course a Big Media Gun, but I get the feeling that folks like him (and Murphy and Graham) will never lose their sense of humor or appreciation for those less powerful. Same goes for Yvette McGee Brown, and that's part of the reason why she and Ted Strickland should win the Ohio Governor's race this fall.

In a May 3 statement to the House of Representatives, Gionet stated he never met with McKay on either a personal or professional basis and believes he has been "defamed and falsely accused of a criminal act in attempting to fix a speeding ticket."

Gionet, who said in his letter he will seek damages as prescribed by law, provided a stamped copy of his driving record from the NH DMV that shows a clean record and no infractions.

On May 4, Gionet and Chandler drafted a letter to NCHC's board of directors as well as to Nick Toumpas, NH Dept of Health and Human Services commissioner, informing them that a "vicious and possibly slanderous e-mail" was sent through NCHC by McLeod. Gionet and Chandler state McLeod's e-mail "crosses over the line" and "reverts to lies and slander in an attempt to gain revenge, in anger, over a vote that did not go as she had anticipated."

Also interesting is the question of who bought his suits, who paid his property tax lien, who paid for his (multiple) lawyers, all of that. And if he's no longer in the can then we have to have a real address for this tool because he's always on reporting status, duh.

Update: He's still there, last parole hearing continued at his request on 15 April 2010 because he didn't have a place to live. Now I understand that someone paid his lien, as noted above. PS: Remember the fingerprint evidence that should have been maintained but which was not produced in my KingCast v. Ayotte et al. lawsuit? We all know the reason they haven't produced it is because Greg Floyd's fingerprints are all over Liko's second clip because Floyd, not Liko, inserted that clip. This (again) is why Greg Floyd had Liko Kenney's live round in his pocket and was somehow not even searched and was allowed to go home with it, see para. 1 last sentence.

Floyd puts the second clip in, and PRESTO! He can now articulate that Liko Kenney was allegedly an ongoing threat to him, but it doesn't work because as Casey Sherman, Brad Whipple and I all know, Floyd's first two (2) statements to the "Investigating" LE was the he didn't say a word to Liko Kenney before murdering him (IMO). I've put the documents online her on prior occasion so I'm not going to bother with it now, but we all know that makes sense (in a Floyd kinda' way) because he didn't say a word to him before shooting out his windshield with the now infamous Windshield Bullet.

Liko Kenney and Aiyana Stanley-Jones were both victims of police abuse. In Liko’s case it took form over the course of several years. In Aiyana’s case it just took a few hours for reckless corporate media to become complicit in her death, a tragedy stoked by the fires of sensationalism.

In Liko’s case the major media conspired with LE to make it appear that Liko had no grounds to tell McKay in 2003 that he could not keep him there at Fox Hill Park (just out of eyesight from where I am sitting right now) without Good Cause. Yes he was too boisterous but he was CORRECT and did not deserve to be taken down when he was the one asking for other officers in the first place!

As we know, Littleton District Judge Peter Cyr (Mr. "No-Knock raid" himself) DISMISSED other cases from the exact same time period because egress was cut off without Probable Cause, see para. 6. Any notion that McKay was "lenient" at sentencing was bogus -- he was "lenient" because he got away with violating Liko Kenney's Fourth Amendment Rights. I could continue, and I will. But not now. For now just watch this movie and the first two Bowfinger or Bad Blood short films.

Regarding the video of the 5/11 dash cam:

Soooo.......iPhone update: A lawsuit has been filed. I haven't seen it nor do I know the particulars but it will all be shown to me shortly, and of course should be part of Casey Sherman's Bad Blood Movie screenplay.

These videos are part of yesterday's visit to Hawken School and two of the KingCast "Bowfinger or Bad Blood" short films that document one of the biggest coverups in New Hampshire Law Enforcement history, almost rivaling the Dow Murders situation in which NH LE Richard Dow most assuredly murdered his wife and adoptive son.

Today is the third year anniversary of one of the biggest police and community tragedies in New Hampshire History. It started out as a morning in which I was actually praising former NH AG Kelly Ayotte in this post, only to be called in to investigate the Franconia shooting tragedy involving Liko Kenney, Bruce McKay and multiple-felon Gregory Floyd.

I reflected on this matter yesterday during my impromptu visit to Hawken School’s Lower School campus because I am thankful for my ability to Make a Change in our World. Very few children have the kind of luck and circumstance to be raised in an environment where they are taught to believe in themselves while being presented with the tools to sustain that belief. I know for example that Liko Kenney didn’t receive the kind of attention to his learning disabilities (dyslexia) that he needed, despite his mother’s best attempts.

Many of these downloads are related to former NH State Rep Martha McLeod and Kelly Ayotte and her ongoing pattern of deceit (see the FRM Ponzi scam deleted emails post) as she heads toward the U.S. Senate election. The haters keep on hating, and I keep on doing what I want to do, riding my little 650R about town, be it videotaping lies in the Revere MA Dan Talbot Police Murder trial or tennis with John McEnroe, busting the Boston Herald, Jessica Van Sack and Channel 7 for Defamation and CORI violations, exposing Citibank and counsel as liars, engaging youth in my nonprofit endeavors or representing the voice of many people in Franconia who feel they have been left out of the picture by major media.

The Today Show right now is discussing “Making A Difference” as a segment that will be shown on today’s evening news. For me it’s not about a segment. It’s my entire life, and nobody is going to stop me from doing it, as Judge and Gubernatorial ticket Candidate Yvette McGee Brown is well aware, full KingCast video on her visit to Antioch Church coming this week. The Hawken visit video – an ode to my parents and to Lake Erie Silver Dolphins and Hawken swim coach Jerry Holtrey – will appear in this post sometime this week and replace the raw clip posted herein.

The only person who claims Liko hit McKay twice is Gregory Floyd, whom Casey and I BOTH agree to be "delusional" and on Big Drugs.

Casey and I BOTH agree (on other video from this book signing) that Floyd changed his story on speaking first as well, so it's internally inconsistent to agree with Floyd.....

There's no sense hiding our disagreement, and I am thoroughly confident in my position, given the facts to which we both agree on, and Gregory Floyd's deportment and stream of lies throughout the proceedings, including inter alia:
a) His criminal son's age.
b) His "involvement" in Vietnam, he was a waterboy at Camp Lejeune. Which is funny because he never was sharpshooter in Vietnam, but guess what, my Uncle Joe (RIP) sure as hell was. And man, that guy could shoot. Unbelievable.

It all goes right back to the Windshield Bullet that Floyd fired before he spoke to Liko Kenney. Kelly Ayotte hid most of these lies, but I exposed her for so doing in the Vietnam link. Now Kelly Ayotte is in deep doo-doo for her mishandling (read: malfeasance) in the FRM ponzi scam rug sweep. I knew Kelly Ayotte was a deplorable public officer a long time ago, despite musings to the contrary from various Internet trolls.
